In 2009 I had the pleasure of meeting David via the internet as a co-host on The Broken Controller Podcast. I recall meeting him in person at the first PAX East where he was nice enough to save me a spot in line for the keynote. Several years later I was pleasantly surprised when he asked me about being on the GameEnthus podcast (ep113). He brought his love of gaming and gaming culture wherever he went.
I, along with many others, was saddened and concerned when he went missing several weeks ago. Unfortunately, our worst fears were realized by the discovery of his body this weekend. The entire GameEnthus crew and I send our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends during this difficult time. David will be missed but never forgotten.
